Withdrawal Procedure

The school allows withdrawal of students under specific conditions. The following rules apply to the withdrawal process:

• Request Format: A Transfer Certificate may be issued upon request at any time of the year. The request must be in the proper format and countersigned by the parent or guardian.
• Clearance of Dues: No Leaving Certificate will be issued unless all pending dues (library, lab, and school fees) are fully cleared.
• Right to Dismiss: The school reserves the right to dismiss any student whose academic performance is consistently unsatisfactory or whose behavior negatively affects other students.
• Severe Misconduct: Grave insubordination or contempt of authority may result in immediate dismissal from the school.
